Shipping information

Production comes first

Production takes 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays. Courier transit begins after production is complete.

New Zealand delivery

$6.90 flat-rate delivery within New Zealand; free on orders of NZ$100.00 or more after promo discounts. The charge is shown in your bag before payment. We currently accept New Zealand delivery addresses.

Transit times vary by destination and courier conditions, including rural delivery. We do not promise a particular arrival date. For time-sensitive gifts, please contact us before ordering.

Following your parcel

We email you when your order is shipped, with tracking information. You can also find tracking in My account. Check your address carefully at checkout; contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email hello@lila.co.nz with your order number so we can help investigate.

Digital gift cards

Gift cards are emailed after payment confirmation and have no shipping charge. They use a separate checkout from physical products. If an email has not arrived, check junk mail and contact us for help.
