Ordering and prices

All prices and payments are in New Zealand dollars. Your products, delivery charge, eligible promotional discount and any gift-card payment are shown before checkout. Current catalogue prices and availability are checked by the server.

An order is confirmed after payment has been verified. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order and arrange an appropriate resolution or refund.

Your photos and designs

Only upload images and content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your photos and allow us to process them to provide your chosen products and services. Review crops, spelling, colours and personalisation before ordering.

Production takes 1–3 business days before shipping. See Shipping Information for delivery details and Returns and Refunds for changes, faults and remedies.

Lila gift cards

Digital gift cards are available in NZ$36.90, NZ$51.90, NZ$66.90, NZ$100.00. These values cover 6, 9, 12 or 20 magnets with standard NZ delivery at current prices. No expiry date. There are no activation or redemption fees. Cards are emailed after verified payment to the buyer or nominated recipient.

Use one gift card per order to pay for products and delivery after any eligible promotional discount. Remaining credit stays on the card. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards, and promotions do not discount gift-card purchases.

Keep the code private: anyone with it can spend the balance. If it is lost or exposed, contact us with proof of purchase. We can investigate and disable a compromised card; already-spent credit cannot automatically be recovered. Cards affected by a payment reversal or dispute may be frozen while we investigate.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Gifts and accounts

Choose “This order is a gift” to omit prices from the recipient’s packing slip. Payment amounts remain on the buyer’s receipt and in our business records. Use your own email address for checkout and the recipient’s address for delivery.

My account uses a one-time email code. Keep access to your email secure and sign out on shared devices. You can view orders placed with that verified email; checkout remains available without creating a password.

Consumer rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Contact hello@lila.co.nz with questions about an order or these terms. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights attached to an existing order or gift card.
